Heels with Hannah is a women only class where confidence and sexiness is the new black. With a spritz of burlesque jazz, and a shimmer of modern pop, you will learn the basics of not only dancing in heels, but finding your own unique style while feeling confidently sexy and empowered in a beautiful and safe space! This class is open to all levels (you do not have to be a seasoned dancer for this class) so if you’re nervous to put on those heels that have been sitting in the back of your closet, feel comfortable to try the first couple of classes without heels!

Power Core

Hot Power Core is a high energy multi-level class that brings Pilates-inspired exercises together with dynamic functional movements that will have you feeling stronger than ever in every aspect of your life. This class will be a low-impact, high-tempo interval training style, focusing on building core strength in your pelvic floor and throughout the body & strengthening deep skeletal muscles for stabilization in daily life. This sweaty workout will have positive, long-term benefits for improving your posture & stability, fine tuning motor control for strength workouts, as well as helping you gain control of your pelvic floor. No prior experience is required, all fitness levels are welcomed! A mat is required, Pilates ball and yoga blocks will be provided. *Room heated to above body temp to loosen the muscles & joints to reduce injuries.  

Hot vinyasa flow

Hot Vinyasa Flow is a faster breath to movement yoga asana practice that incorporates dynamic movements to lengthen the muscles, create heat in the body, and move energy around in order to still the mind. Classes will begin with a slower, gentle warm-up that builds energy into salutations & flowing sequences to strengthen the body before slowing down into deeper cool-down stretches to prepare for the stillness of savasana. This is a multi-level practice for that will include props and variations of poses and postures for all levels. Lavender towels and head, neck, & shoulder massages will be offered at the end of each class. A mat is required, yoga blocks will be provided. *Room heated to above body temp to loosen the muscles & joints to reduce injuries.

FLOOR work

Form • Function • Fluidity

This class is designed for movers looking to build or re-visit the basic techniques of contemporary floor work. Each class will explore how to use the body to connect with gravity and utilize the floor as a dancing partner. Courtney offers a close, hands-on-approach to help understand the mechanics, build the strength, and use proper alignment to move in and out of the floor with efficiency and confidence. Each class will start with a guided improv, lead into progressions across the floor and finish with an all-encompassing floor work phrase.
